Dance Recital and the World's Largest Pecan

Today was my niece's dance recital.  She was amazing in all seven numbers she performed.  I am so proud of her, and I just love watching her dance.  Here is one of my favorite pics taken at a dance competition a few months ago during her solo performance, Blackbird.

After the recital ended, we loaded the van and began our trek to Las Vegas. 

Before we got too far, we got to see the World's Largest Pecan. 

 

I wonder how many pecan pies could be made with that one pecan.
