Well, now I can add back foods I haven't been eating a little at a time. I didn't really have anything planned for lunch, so I ate leftover rice (a very small amount) and pears. Overall, I ate very little during the day, but I wasn't hungry. For dinner, we went to Souper! Salad. I make great choices, only had one little bowl of soup, and no cornbread or butter. I now find myself feeling guilty making food choices.
I did my "official" weigh-in today. I lost 4 pounds in 10 days. I had truly hoped it was more, but I wasn't doing the supplements or the shakes that go with the real detox program. But still, 4 lbs is pretty good. Now . . . to keep it off.
