Flank Steak Tacos

Another yummy new recipe!

We skipped the Paprika since we didn't have any, and we didn't use the Cayenne Pepper since we don't use hot/spicy things.



Flank Steak Tacos
serves 8 ( 2 tacos= 7 points+) add points for toppings
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 2-¼ tsp. cumin
  • 1-½ tsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ( 2 lb.) flank steak
  • 16 small, flour tortillas
Combine first 8 ingredients (and salt & pepper). 
Rub over both sides of steak. 
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Grill steak to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes. 
Slice against grain.
Divide steak evenly among tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
